Validator staking and delegation

4. Security

While you can interact with the blockchains, you need a compatible wallet:

You must setup your own wallet that will allow to interact with the blockchains
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet.
You are responsible for all activities under your account
The fund will remain always in your control. Shield Crypto does not hold custody of your funds.

Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys. We cannot recover lost or stolen private keys or reverse transactions on the blockchain.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the network
Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
Use the Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
Circumvent any sanctions or export control laws

We do not warrant that:

The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
The blockchain network will operate as expected
Token prices will remain stable or increase

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIELD CRYPTO FOUNDATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
Smart contract failures or vulnerabilities
Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
Network downtime or transaction failures
Actions of third parties or other users

We may suspend or terminate our services at any time and without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
You're responsible to withdraw or redelegate any assets that you may have delegated to our validators
