By accessing or using the Shield Crypto platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
- Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Description of Services
Shield Crypto provides a decentralized blockchain platform that enables:
- Participation in network governance
- Validator staking and delegation
- Hosting of community applications
The Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Security
While you can interact with the blockchains, you need a compatible wallet:
- You must setup your own wallet that will allow to interact with the blockchains
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- The fund will remain always in your control. Shield Crypto does not hold custody of your funds.
Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys. We cannot recover lost or stolen private keys or reverse transactions on the blockchain.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the network
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Use the Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Circumvent any sanctions or export control laws

The Shield Crypto name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Shield Crypto Foundation.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The blockchain network will operate as expected
- Token prices will remain stable or increase
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIELD CRYPTO FOUNDATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
- Smart contract failures or vulnerabilities
- Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
- Network downtime or transaction failures
- Actions of third parties or other users
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shield Crypto Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate our services at any time and without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- You're responsible to withdraw or redelegate any assets that you may have delegated to our validators
